Responsibility is a fact that should be taken, not has to be given

Number of researches have been done and results are being applied to make Men to appreciate or accept Women Empowerment and related activities. All these researches are being globally conducted by the organizations which are trying to illustrate themselves as the originators and owners of the Gender Rights.

Regardless of those formal definitions, there should be one or more visible reasons which everyone could realize from their day to day life. Following are the major facts that affects empowering women as well as men's rights.

1. Men are still being grown with a Single sided Masculinity concept which prevent them from fair alternatives that help them to live a fail and positive life for themselves.
2. The Culture forces men to incorporate with women empowerment.
3. Men feel that Women are still physically not matured and that is somehow true until moment.
4. It might be very hard to subordinate or equally treat women, unless women become enough responsible to the real world affairs.
5. All above facts are making the men as the major obstacles of empowering women.

The better way to achieve the equality and Women empowerment is not pulling and forcing men to accept Women Power. Instead of that, it would be better to make women to understand their Responsibilities, because most of the women are still thinking the Women rights as an offers for them, not a responsibility that they should take.

On the other hand it will definitely reduce the stress of the men in the perspective of Excess Risk taking and Solo Responsibility. Men are now in a situation to realize their own domain, and understand how the conventional thinking harmful to them and women.

An answer to men's rights activists, who are much talking about feminist and men rights

It is an emergence to re-define the gender roles and 'a safe space' to boys and men in all communities. We can't stop it without changing the roots.

It doesn't mean that there are no violence against men by women. It is another side of the gender crisis. If we are not ready to talk about men violence against women, that implicit violence against men. As I am a man I feel guilty that some men are still doing violence, because it affects all men and their dignity.

So we should come to a line to find solution instead of find problems.

Statistics - Raises an alarm about the safety and rights of men

There are true statistics that states, men have lot of presure by their gender identity.

- Average Life time of the men is around 5 years less than women
- Suicide rates are 3 times higher than female suicide [ See Wiki .]
- Men are not allowed to cry [See All India Men’s Welfare Association statement]. It implies they don't have a proper way to express their fair emotions
- They are insisted to take extreme responsibilities including financially and legally.
- Men are contradicted by forward thinking organizations such as UN ( See the contradiction of food supply of WFP in haiti here]

How still gender professionals and individuals can only speak about in-equality of women and empowering women.

Gender should be re-organized as fair by conceptruall, logically and physically by the cultures and communities

I have been interested in constraints and drawbacks brought by the existence of gender bias. So I would have to write, but not for time passing, the exact way which I feel and invent the gender.
